We want to sell our house...

We are weighing our options to get the heck out of this neighbor "hood". It isn't horrible but it is sad when I'm at home and I hear a noise and I think that it's someone trying to break in! And the people here are so pleasant... We talked to our Realtor and he said we could sell it. So If we can manage to sell it and at least break even why not right. There is one thing that we are worried about and that is the out of pocket cost. God willing all goes well and we get out of here before baby #2 comes so that we can be ok with everything. Pray that all goes well.
